CTRL Apps

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by CTRL Apps on the Google Play Store (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “CTRL Apps”).

Our apps are tools, utilities, and productivity applications. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with these apps.

1. Who We Are

CTRL Apps is the developer of the applications covered by this Privacy Policy.

Contact email for privacy-related questions: umutkeskin@protonmail.com

2. Information We Collect

We do not create user accounts and we do not operate our own backend servers. We do not receive or store your personal data on our own systems.

However, the following information may be processed:

A. Information stored only on your device

Data you create or input while using the app (notes, settings, files, etc.)

This data remains exclusively on your device and is deleted when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.

B. Information collected by third-party services

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to show advertisements and generate revenue. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising ID (or similar identifiers)
  • Device information (model, operating system, language, etc.)
  • IP address (which can be used to determine approximate location)
  • App interaction data related to ads
  • Other diagnostic and performance data related to ad serving

This information is collected and processed by Google according to Google’s own Privacy Policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Play Services & Google Play Billing

If an app uses Google Play services or offers in-app purchases, Google may collect limited information necessary to provide those services (for example, purchase history and device identifiers). This is handled entirely by Google.

We do not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics), or other tracking services beyond AdMob and Google Play services.

3. How We Use Information

Data stored on your device is used only to provide the app’s functionality.

Information collected by AdMob is used solely for showing relevant advertisements and measuring ad performance.

We do not use any collected information to identify you personally or to build a profile about you beyond what is necessary for advertising.

4. Permissions

Some of our apps may request sensitive permissions (for example: Camera, Storage, Photos, Microphone, or others) depending on the features of that specific app.

These permissions are requested only when needed for the core functionality of the app.

Any data accessed through these permissions is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party (except as required by AdMob for advertising purposes).

You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Denying a permission may limit certain features of the app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The only sharing that occurs is:

  • Automatic data collection and processing by Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
  • Data processed by Google in connection with Google Play Services and in-app purchases.

We do not share data with any other third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

User-created content and app settings are stored only on your device.

We do not maintain servers that store your personal information.

For data processed by Google AdMob and Google Play services, security is handled by Google according to their security practices.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it (by clearing app data or uninstalling the app).

Because we do not store personal data on our own systems, there is no data for us to delete upon request.

For information collected by Google AdMob or Google Play services, you can manage or delete related data through your Google account settings and device advertising settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete information.

Since we do not store personal data ourselves, most requests related to advertising data should be directed to Google.

You can contact us at umutkeskin@protonmail.com if you have any questions about your rights in relation to our apps.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
